Doing some active hobby or finding some time to take a run or a walk can be the best way as it also triggers sleep. Use of foods to removing stress is very common in parents as they stock up stress-free food. This is because many foods can lower several stress hormones alongside improving energy. Listening to music have been found to lower anxiety and therefore calming one down and brightening their mood. Coloring is not just left for kids as a mind can be relaxed just by adding some colors to any picture daily.
